New Delhi: Indian action on the 1st of August (Day 6) will start with the Indian racewalkers beginning the proceedings of the day. Later, Swapnil Kusale will fight for the medal at the Men’s Rifle Three Positions Final. Kusale is the first Indian shooter to reach the final of the Men’s Rifle Three Positions. Following Swapnil’s final, all eyes will be on the Stade Yves-du-Manoir as our men’s hockey team battles it out against traditional heavyweights Belgium.
The day will end with the medal matches of Satwik and Chirag as they look to oust the Malaysian duo of Aaron and Soh. Following this, Lakshya Sen will take on HS Prannoy in an all-India round of 16 clash.
