A day after AIADMK-BJP announced poll tie-up with the BJP, the rival faction of Tamil Nadu DMK seal the coalition with Congress party for 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) on Tuesday officially forged an alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Biswajit had contested the 2014 general elections from New Delhi as a Trinamool Congress candidate against Congress' Ajay Maken and BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi.
