New Delhi: Microsoft’s latest technical breakdown in the cloud services has caused chaos and mayhem across the world. According to tech reports, the latest outage has impacted the Microsoft Team, Windows 365 and OneDrive among other services provided by the tech giant.
Downdetector, an online outage platform has received over 1000 complaints of the failure of Microsoft 365 amongst others which has impacted users globally. In the latest report of the online platform, 74% of the complaints concern the functioning of OneDrive while 16% reported server-related issues and 10% struggled to access their Outlook emails.
Microsoft assures users in its latest post on X!
To keep things calm, Microsoft has come out in the open and given its users globally that the company is “investigating” the technical failure which is causing so many problems to its users globally.

Furthermore, in its latest X (formerly Twitter), Microsoft has said “More details can be found within the admin centre under MO821132…” The company further stated that it is trying to mitigate the issues and the users can expect the “relief” in their systems within 4-5 hours. Meanwhile, the company has asked the impacted traffic to be redirected towards healthy systems to keep up with the workflow around the world.

However, for air passengers, it has been a day to remember with chaos and mayhem at the airports. According to various videos that went online long queues of people were seen waiting to get their boarding passes. There was a complete breakdown of technical systems with many flights like Indigo and Akasa issuing their advisories to the passengers.
