Shareholder activists’ wants world’s biggest internet ad seller to break up into pieces before regulators forces them to do so. Alphabet is the parent company of Google.

“Google is the source of information just like Narada because he knew everything happening in the world,” Rupani said.

SumOfUs, is a US based group which is set to make a proposal at Alphabet’s annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday in California to curb the growing power of corporations.

The proposal reads. “We believe that shareholders could receive greater value from a voluntary strategic reduction in the size of the company than from asset sales compelled by regulators.”

Larry page and Sergey Brin are Alphabet’s top two executives who holds about the 51.3 percent of the shareholder votes, thus its chances of proposal to succeed is very low. There are many other proposals which are likely to be rejected. Google may respond to the proposal and issued raised.
