CWG 2022: List of Indian medal winners from days 1-4

Sanket Sargar opened India's medal count with a silver in Men's 55 kg Weightlifting. He could have won the gold but unfortunately he suffered an injury during a lift.

Gururaja Poojary won the bronze medal in Men's 61 kg category. It was his 2nd medal in CWG.

Mirabai Chanu lifted  201 kg (88 kg + 113 kg) to win the gold medal and  create new CWG record.

Jeremy Lalrinnunga lifted a total of 300 kg to break the CWG record and finish at the top.

Achinta Sheuli brought home India's 3rd gold medal with a record-breaking performance.

Bindyarani Devi is another Indian weightlifter to finish on the podium. She won a Silver in the women’s 55 kg.

Shushila Devi Likmabam won silver medal in Women's 48 kg Judo.

Vijay Kumar Yadav defeated his opponent in 58 seconds to win a bronze medal in Judo.

Harjinder Kaur won Bronze Medal in the women's 71 kg weightlifting after the dramatic climax.

India has won a total of 9 medals and stands in 6th position on the medal table.
