Guidance for spiritual strength!
When we heal, we find our mind is naturally more quieter, more focused, more pliable and most gentle, silently explaining everything, silently speaking and guiding from within. Sometimes we find that our minds are too agitated, too restless, too confused to be able to focus on the practice of self healing. Sometimes just continuous silence and the gentle rhythm of moving the hands on different chakras and spreading the healing everywhere is what is important. It is that which inspires us to connect with the soul energy and heal with the heart consciousness. We must heal to allow the healed self to spontaneously connect to the heart intelligence in the now. Blessings of the light, healing from the heart and happiness and joy from the root and the crown chakra intensify our willingness to continue to heal. Today, engage with the light and support your spiritually truthful awakened self to continue to heal. Healing hugs of this moment. Love from the past and the future.
