IGNOU extends re-registration date for July session; Check last date, fees and other details here

New Delhi: Much to the relief of thousands of students aspiring to get enrolled in multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), the institution has extended the deadline for re-registration for July 2022 session.

The university had first begun the registration process on May 20 this year.

Candidates can check their re-registration status after 30 days of form submission. No student will be admitted to the next semester or academic year without filing and submitting the IGNOU re-registration form.

The facility is available for those candidates who have already taken admission to any course in the university. Candidates are advised to submit their applications by the last date if they wish to continue their studies for the next session.

In addition, students who are currently enrolled in any of the courses and programs offered by the University are advised to complete the re-enrolment process before the deadline.

Steps for online re-registration: 

1. Visit the official web site of IGNOU

2. Click on the link given for ‘candidate re-registration’

3. Enter your enrollment ID and program code

4. Submit the application fee

5. Download the receipt

6. Candidates are advised to take a print out of the final page for future refrence

Students will have to make a payment of Rs 250 as application fee while filling the re-registration form. Fee can be deposited only through the prescribed gateway mentioned on the website.
