New Delhi: The registrations for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2023 are about to begin. National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to begin the registration process in the first week of March. Some reports suggest that it would begin on March 1 itself, while there has been no official confirmation about the registration date for NEET-UG 2023.
The NEET exam will be conducted on May 7 across the country. Students wanting to pursue further studies in the medical field and going for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS programs as per the norms laid by the respective regulatory bodies will appear for the NEET-UG exam.

NEET-UG Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must be 17 years at the time of admission or complete 17 years on or before 31 December 2023 to be eligible for the NEET-UG exam. The students are required to pass class 12 board exams from a recognised board and fulfill the minimum marks as per their category. Candidates appearing for the board exams this year can also apply for the exam.
Steps to apply for NEET-UG 2023
Candidates must keep their photographs, signatures, thumb impressions and certificates ready while applying for the exam as these will be required to be uploaded online. A mobile number and email ID will be needed to receive OTP for verification.

- Visit the official site of NEET at http://neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the NEET-UG 2023 registration link.
- Create your login credentials on the portal to access the link.
- Fill in the application form and upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
