New Delhi: A video of Mahesh Bhatt witth 16-year-old Jiah Khan has been going viral days after pictures of Rhea and Mahesh Bhatt had done rounds on social media.
The video of Bhatt and Khan is available on the Instagram page of Bollymedialove and has started doing the rounds.
Jiah was supposed to make her Bollywood debut opposite ‘serial kisser’ Emraan Hashmi in ‘Tumsa Nahin Dekha’. The 16-year-old could be seen holding hands with Mahesh Bhatt in the video, and then laughing, calling Mahesh Bhatt ‘Mahesh’. Jiah Khan had successfully released six pop tracks by the time she turned 16-year-old.
Mahesh Bhatt is being heavily trolled for his link up with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s girfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
Rhea has been facing public and media heat ever since, shortly after Sushant’s death, his family filed an FIR charging Rhea and her family, among others, with abetment to suicide among other charges.
Jiah Khan was found dead under suspicious circumstances on June 3 2013, following which a case was filed against actor Sooraj Pancholi. Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan has alleged Sooraj and his father, actor Aditya Pancholi, used their clout to hush up the case.
Earlier, the 71-year-old director gave credits to NCW for taking the case of “vulnerability and exploitation of women” and also expressed that being a father of three girls, he will extend his “full cooperation”.
In the statement, he wrote: “I appeared before the Hon’ble Commission today in the context of the complaint filed by Ms. Yogita Bhayana, Founder of People against Rapes in India against Mr. Sunny Verma, promoter of the company IMG Ventures. I was summoned to appear as my name and images were used by IMG Ventures for the promotion of their event Mr. and Miss. Glamour 2020, scheduled to be held in November 2020.”
