New Delhi: Bhupesh Kumar Pandya, the versatile actor of Vicky Donor fame, passed away in Ahmedabad on Wednesday, after losing his battle with cancer. The actor was reportedly battling with stage 4 lung cancer and was receiving treatment at an Ahemdabad hospital.
He is best known for his role in movies like Vicky Donor, Hazaron Khwahishein Aisi, Delhi Crime. He is survived by 2 kids and his wife Chhaya Pandya.
The news of his demise was tweeted by the National School Of Drama (NSD), which also extended condolences to the late actor’s family.
The NSD tweet reads, “The news of Bhupesh Kumar Pandya’s (alumnus NSD 2001 batch) death is extremely sad. The NSD family pays a heartfelt tribute. God bless the departed soul.”

Bhupesh Pandya was in need of Rs 25 lakhs for his treatment to which his Bollywood counterparts came forward. Manoj Bajpayee, Gajraj Rao and Rajesh Tailang came forward to initiate a fundraiser and appealed to contribute in fight against Cancer.
“Request all of you to step forward help out colleague actor Bhupesh, a NSD graduate,” Manoj Bajpayee tweeted.
Many Bollywood personalities have taken to Twitter to express their grief over demise of the actor and extended condolences to his family.
