New Delhi: Director Imtiaz Ali’s latest venture in form of a web series based in the late-1990s, revolves around a sexologist from a small town and his unusually bold take on the sensitive subject of ‘sex’.
The recently released series grabbed the attention of entertainment lovers after its trailer came to the fore and garnered praises from all directions.
Given that the series is directed by none other than Ali, whose emotional dramas like Rockstar, Highway and She have been epic hits among Indian audiences, digital viewers had been waiting for the show to grace the OTT space for weeks.
However, several doubts have arisen since the very trailer was dropped on Youtube regarding the plot of the project being different from all the ventures executed by Ali in past, and if it would suit the taste of the target audiences.
