New Delhi: Last time when PM Narendra Modi chaired a virtual meeting with Chief Ministers of all states and Union Territories to discuss the coronavirus situation in the country, videos and pictures of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal laughing and yawning during the meeting went viral.
