Sonia Gandhi hospitalised: Ex-Congress president admitted to Delhi’s Ganga Ram Hospital due to bronchitis, stable

New Delhi: Former Congress President Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to Delhi’s Ganga Ram Hospital due to bronchitis.

The Hospital in the statement said that her health is stable.

The 76-year-old was admitted to the hospital on Thursday (March 2), said the spokesperson of the hospital.

She is being treated under the supervision of a Senior Consultant, Department of Chest Medicine Dr. Arup Basu, and his teams.

This is for the second time in 2023 that Sonia Gandhi has been hospitalised.

Earlier in January, she was admitted to Delhi’s hospital for treatment of a viral respiratory infection.
