New Delhi: Muslims across the world will observe the holy festival of Eid-ul-Adha, commonly known as Bakrid today, i.e. on July 9. Since the Indian Muslims celebrate the occasion a day after gulf nations such as Saudi Arabia and others, the day will be observed in the country on July 10.

The believers offer an animal sacrifice to Allah on the day which usually includes goats, buffalos, camels and other cattle depending on the regional conditions and their budget.
