New Delhi: Ravidas Jayanti marks the birth ceremony of Saint Guru Ravidas. Guru Ravidas was a poet, saint and the founder of the Ravidassia religion. Jayanti is celebrated on Magh Purnima, the full moon day in the month of Magh.
This year we celebrate the 644th Birth Anniversary of saint Guru Ravidas. The Jayanti is marked widely in Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh among other cities.
