What are the causes of heat stroke?

You must drink in moderation if possible, and you should not have more than one drink a day if you are a woman and not more than two a day for men.
2. The risks of heat stroke also increase with reduced exercise or activity. It would help if you regularly exercised to stay healthy.
3. Eating tobacco is also one of the major factor in increasing the chances of stroke, the reason is it damages the heart and blood vessels an also it can increase the BP (Blood Pressure).
4. On the other hand, we see that more and more diets that are high in cholesterol, trans fats, salt, and saturated fats can increase stroke chances. By limiting alcohol consumption, quitting smoking and keeping your weight in check. You can really keep the chances of a stroke to a minimum by limiting alcohol consumption.
