These are the foods which you should avoid when you are on trying to lose weight

New Delhi: Losing weight is not at all easy. One has to give up many foods they like. weight loss is one of the hardest things. When someone offers you something which you were always used to having. Most of them are fried, sugary and refined. Naturally, these are bad for the heart also and stop your weight loss journey also and these can result in gaining of weight.

Here is the list of foods one should avoid when on a weight loss journey:

1. Potato Fries: Potatoes are good for health, but when comes to consuming Potato Fries it simply means you are having a bowl or packet of calories which will make you fat.

2. White Bread: White bread contains a lot of sugars and refine. It can spike your sugar level . Having white bread per day is linked with a 40% greater risk of obesity and weight gain. 

3. Candy bars: Candy bars are available everywhere and constitute sugar, and refine. The ordinary size candy has 200 – 300 calories which is again a major reason for weight gain. These candies are placed in such a way which attracts customers. If you have a craving then it is better to have some fruits and water. 

 

4. Alcohol mostly beer: Alcohol provides more proteins and carbs. However, drinking in moderation  17 oz (500 ml)  does not seem to lead increase in belly fat. Nevertheless drinking regularly and in excess can cause weight gain
