This professional stay-at-home daughter spends 40,00,000 a day; here is why

New Delhi: What is the strangest job you are aware of? Stay back! What I have will have you screaming “What the hell!”

Roma Abdesselam describes herself as a professional daughter who stays at home.

Whatever you may be thinking right now, it is ten times as amazing. Making movies of herself, spending money her parents earned, and living the most opulent life one could imagine are all daily activities for this New Yorker. She has extremely high interaction and views on social media, where she is also an influencer, thanks to her luxurious lifestyle.

In a recent video she posted to social media, she explained how her boyfriend’s therapist described her as “manic” before detailing a day in which she spent a staggering $9326, or $7,36,814, all by herself. This includes $1,353 for skincare and perfumes and $600 for brows.

The fact that this amount is significantly less than what she previously used up in a day makes it even more surprising. She even goes as high as $50,000 on some days, which is roughly $40 lacs in Indian rupees.

Her parents have currently cut her off financially due to her tendency to be a spendthrift. Those financial bans rarely last for long, but she doesn’t seem to mind.

Abdesselam moves from one brand to another, from Gucci to Dior, Chanel to Prada. Although her parents may have cut her off financially, she still makes money from marketers that are drawn to her astronomically high social media engagement rates. More than 15 million people have seen her TikTok videos.

Abdesselam spends a lot of money on posh accommodations, upscale facial care, private pilates sessions, and designer clothing in addition to her expensive wardrobe. Abdesselam had intended to start her own beauty company before to the coronavirus pandemic, but she never actually did so. She is currently succeeding on her own with a rising influencer presence.

Sounds odd, right?

If you believe that this is the wackiest job there is, you might be surprised to learn that there is a thing called a “Rental Boyfriend.” Yes, if you’re single and looking for a boyfriend in Tokyo, you may avoid the hassle of starting a relationship by simply hiring a rental partner.

Or, there are persons who are “Professional Sleepers” if you really enjoy sleeping and want to do it all day. They do indeed sleep as researchers work on sleep disorders.
