New Delhi: Every parent dream of seeing their children getting married and living life happily ever after. This process includes a lot of things including hunting proper bride and groom on matrimonial sites. However, a man was in surprise after he sent a profile of a prospective groom to his daughter from a matrimonial site. A screenshot shared by the daughter herself is sending viral vibes all online.
Udita Paul, who is a co-founder of a Fintech startup in Bengaluru, shared the screenshot of the conversation between her and her father. Her father had sent her the bio-data of a prospective groom from the matrimonial site. However, she ended up interviewing him on seeing his seven years of experience in fintech and also her firm was hiring.
Her father was not at all impressed with his daughter’s behaviour and stated, “you can’t hire people from matrimonial sites”.
She captioned her post on Twitter saying “What getting disowned from father looks like,” while sharing the screengrabs. She posted the tweet on April 29 and it has garnered more than 12,000 likes.

Netizens have loved her quirky way of handling matrimonial sites. One of the users stated, “Please give me some idea how to avoid the matrimonial matches arranged by a family who doesn’t bother about my career… Offcourse it’s important to get a match but not forcibly!,” while another wrote, “And that’s how you play by the rules while braking them.”
