New Delhi: The men in blue, after having a roller coaster of a ride in the year of 2023, are all set to start their journey in 2024, beginning with the last match of the two-match test series against the South African team in the Rainbow Nation.

India played a total of 66 international matches in the year 2023, which includes eight tests, 35 ODIs and 23 T20Is.

The men in blue, in their eight test matches, emerged victorious in three matches while losing three and two, ending in a draw. In ODIs, they won 27 and lost seven, while one match finished with no contest. In T20Is, the men in blue won 15 while losing seven and one match was called off due to rain.
The Indian team had a win percentage of 68.18 per cent in 2023.
2024 Fixtures
The Indian men’s cricket team will be playing a total of seven bilateral series in 2024 against the likes of South Africa, England, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan, which includes 16 test matches, nine T20I matches and three ODI matches.

India will also feature in two ICC tournaments in 2024, which include the ICC T20I World Cup in West Indies and USA in June and the ICC U-19 World Cup in South Africa, starting later this month.
