New Delhi: Mumbai-born cricketer, Prithvi Shaw seems unaffected by the fact that he was dropped from the aide owing to indiscipline and fitness issues. Earlier, the right-hand batsman was left out of the side when he failed to be regular and consistent as well as achieve the minimum fitness required in competitive cricket.
Moreover, the batter hasn’t been consistently attending the net sessions, even when he gets out cheaply. His lax attitude towards fitness has also reportedly become a concern for the team management, prompting those in charge to take some tough calls.

However, even after such a harsh decision to leave him out of the Mumbai Ranji Team, Prithvi Shaw seems unmoved by the entire incident and posted the above story which showed his sarcasm towards the entire incident.
The Downfall of Prithvi Shaw
Once a promising right-hand opener, Prithvi Shaw has now tragically become a fallen legend. The selectors have decided to drop the name of Prithvi Shaw to teach him a lesson for his recurrent discipline problems. According to reports, reporting to net sessions late has been one of the biggest concerns for the team management when it comes to Shaw.
Furthermore, the report claims that he doesn’t take net sessions seriously and is also irregular. Many also consider him overweight, which also shows a lack of discipline towards the profession he is in. To explain the gravity of the situation, the selectors have given the example of veteran cricketers like Shreyas Iyer, Shardul Thakur, and even captain Ajinkya Rahane, who are said to be pretty consistent when it comes to practice sessions. Meanwhile, Prithvi Shaw has missed quite a few sessions, even after getting out cheaply.
