New Delhi: India’s former cricketing maestro & ICC Cricket World Cup 1983-winning captain Kapil Dev turned 65 this Saturday (6 January 2024).

On the merry occasion, the veteran all-rounder amassed heaps of praises and B-day wishes from his fans who took to various social media platforms and prayed for his well-being and happiness.

Amidst this, an old clip featuring Kapil shaking a leg to the beats of Bollywood’s timeless song “Gulabi Aankhe Jo Teri Dekhi’ accompanied by his wife Romi Dev started reemerging on the internet and the cricketer’s admirers are going gaga over it.

In the viral video, shared by Odisha Unscripted, one can see Kapil and Romi making lifetime memories with each other by happily dancing to ‘The Train’s’ track. While the cricketer is donning a sober navy blue coat & pants his wife is seen wearing a fancy golden suit.

The clip of the couple’s romantic dance is melting the hearts of netizens and fans who are sharing their adorable reaction in its comment section.

Congratulating Kapil on his 65th birthday, one fan wrote, “Happy happy birthday to you congratulations Shajaron Sal” Another said, “Happy birthday Kapil paji. May you lead a warm and happy life ahead.”

A few days back, Kapil received a surprise treat from his friends who threw a party to celebrate his birthday in advance on Monday Night.  However, the former cricketer resorted to simplicity on his B-day and stayed home with his family instead of doing any sort of fancy celebrations.
