New Delhi: Former Indian skipper, Virat Kohli was visibly riled up after a journalist was following him and clicking photos of his family without their consent after the conclusion of the third Test against Australia in Brisbane. Kohli, who likes to keep his personal life away from the spotlight and media wasn’t happy when after repeated requests, the media did not pay heed to his requests.

Seeing cameras capturing him and his children at the airport, Kohli reportedly lost his cool. However, it was later discovered that it was only a misunderstanding. It has been reported that a few journalists were interviewing Australian pacer Scott Boland when Kohli and his family were spotted at the airport. The cameras shifted focus to Kohli, seeing that the Indian star wasn’t happy.
The problem started when Kohli was taken aback by the audacity of the journalist of Channel 7 who panned their cameras focusing on him and his family. He was involved in a tense conversation with a TV reporter over the fact that his privacy wasn’t being respected.
Virat Kohli was unnecessarily targeted by channel 7 reporter. A close friend of Kohli told me the entire story. Two fans from Singapore witnessed the whole incident. They corroborated Kohli’s team mate description. This was disgraceful from Aus media to go after Indian legend’s… pic.twitter.com/FCW6DPsqoo

Furthermore, the Channel 7 reporter reporter remarked:
It was upon seeing the waiting cameras that Kohli became a little heated over…
Why is Kohli struggling in Australia?
While Rohit has suffered for his lack of footwork in the only test he has played so far, Virat Kohli’s case has been a peculiar and unique case where he slumped yet again to a below-par score in the Adelaide test. Meanwhile, Australia maintained their unblemished record in day/night Tests and levelled the five-match series 1-1, bouncing back in style after their Perth debacle.
