New Delhi: Tired of WhatsApp groups and forwarded and disturbing messages? You want to exit from the group but you don’t thinking about what will they will think and talk about you?

Then, this is the time when you can celebrate as Mark Zuckerberg is here to save you from all of this.

In a latest development, WhatsApp has come up with an update, where you can now exit from these groups without letting anyone know about it, i.e silently. Although, the process is very much the same except, the exit notification does not pop up on the chat.

WhatsApp which is one of the most popular and widely used messaging app, has come up with few new updates for its two billion users.

What are the updates?

# Now you can hide your online status, in the same way like that users could their last seen. Also, now you can block screenshots on “view once” messages.

According to several reports, hiding online status has been under beta testing last month for iOS.

The new privacy features were announced by the meta chief Zuckerberg. He said this would help keep the app “as private and secure as face-to-face conversations”.

Also, in next update, WhatsApp will allow its users to delete messages even two days later.

It is also said that starting from this month several new features will be rolled out starting with the UK.

Steps to exit from WhatsApp Groups:

# Go to  WhatsApp 

# Open the App

# Click on the group from which you want to exit

# On the top, of your right hand side click on the three dots…

# Click on More

# Select on Exit Group

# From the three options that you can see on your screen (Archive instead, cancel and Exit)

# Select Exit

# Now you are out of the group, and you can no longer see any chats.
