Russia-Ukraine War: Union Minister VK Singh assures injured Indian student before evacuation

Union Minister General VK Singh met Harjot Singh, the Indian student who was shot at in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. He met him at the airport in Poland from where he will be flown to India in a special aircraft.
