In the ongoing IPL 2023 season, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) wicketkeeper-batter Nicholas Pooran on Monday smashed the second-fastest fifty in the history of Indian Premier League.
Pooran completed his half century in just 15 balls against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at M Chinnaswammy Stadium in Bengaluru.
He scored 62 runs in 19 balls. The runs consisted of four boundaries and seven sixes.
