Classic Legends reintroduce Yezdi, launches three motorcycles; See price, features, and more

The Classic Legends that fall under Mahindra Group has launched three new motorcycles namely Yezdi Adventure, Yezdi Scrambler, and Yezdi Roadster.

New Delhi: Like every sector starting 2022 on a fresh note, automobile sectors are no less behind. Classic Legends has once again introduced the legacy motorcycle brand, Yezdi, in India. The Classic Legends that fall under Mahindra Group has launched three new motorcycles namely Yezdi Adventure, Yezdi Scrambler, and Yezdi Roadster.

These motorcycles suit under the beyond 350cc category and will be competing against the Royal Enfield motorcycles in India. The Chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra stated that it is natural for the group to reintroduce the brand Yezdi in India.

“I want the bikers to relive this revolution,” added Anand Mahindra. The company also aims to export motorcycles out of India.

The price for Yezdi Roadster starts at 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Roadster Dark (Smoke Grey) variant whereas the steel blue is worth Rs 2.02 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Both the Roadster Chrome and Gallant Grey are priced at ₹2.06 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Yezdi

Yezdi Scrambler has been priced at 2.04 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for Fire Orange colour. The Rebel Red, Mean Green, Midnight Blue colour variants have been labelled as Rs 2.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Yezdi Adventure costs Rs 2.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Slick Silver colour variant. Ranger Camo which is the higher variant costs Rs 2.18 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The bookings have already started for these three new motorcycles with test rides and deliveries available at its dealerships too.

The Yezdi Roadster will feature 334 cc engine generating 9.7 PS power at 7300rpm. Besides, the Roadster touches 29Nm of peak torque at 6500rpm. Besides, the Scrambler supports the same engine will power featuring 29.1 PS at 8000rpm and maximum torque of 28.2 Nm.

Yezdi

The Adventure has same engine but generates 30.2 PS power at 8000rpm with maximum torque of 29.9 Nm.

Additionally, these motorcycles feature LCD along with other functionalities such as tripmeter, distance to empty, time, ABS mode, and gear indicator. The Adventure will have bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Standard handlebar-mounted USB and Type C charging points are available in Yezdi Adventure and Scrambler.
