New Delhi: Ending all the rumours in the market, Maruti Suzuki launched Alto K10 in India on Thursday at an introductory price of Rs 3.99 lakh. The price for the automatic variant of the car begins from Rs 5.50 lakh. The car has been unveiled in 4 variants for manual options and two variants for the automatic gearbox option.

Introducing the All-New Alto K10, Mr Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “Alto over the years has strengthened its appeal with every new upgrade and is a testament to an iconic brand that evolved itself with the changing aspirations of young India. The STD variant of the manual option of the car will be sold at Rs. 3,99,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi) followed by Rs 4,82,000 (Lxi variant), 4,99,500 (Vxi variant), Rs 5,33,500 (Vxi+ variant).
The Vxi variant of the auto gear shift option of the car will be sold at Rs 5,49,500, followed by Rs 5,83,900 for the Vxi+ variant.

Alto K10 engine details
The All-new Alto K10 is powered by Maruti’s new 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, K10C petrol engine that produces 67hp, 89Nm of peak torque. The millage for the manual variant of the car is 24.39 kpl and 24.90 kpl for the automatic versions.
