New Delhi: Morris Garages launched the much-anticipated Comet EV last month and began the bookings May 15. The EV is a four-seater hatchback and is set to compete with the likes of Tata Tiago EV in the market. Morris Garages are offering a pocket-friendly compact EV while the EV market is growing in India.

MG claims a battery range of upto 230 kilometres for Comet EV and it comes up with a 3.3kW charger. The car has a 17.3 kWh battery with 41.42 Bhp power and takes seven hours of charging time.
The EV has dual 10.25-inch displays for the infotainment and driver’s display. The MG Comet EV comes with a voice command and a digital key. The company is promoting its unique turning radius which helps in avoiding U-turn failures. Like other latest launches by MG, Comet EV also comes with internet inside.
The car is available inn Apple Green with Starry Black, Candy White with Starry Black, Starry Black, Aurora Silver, and Candy White colours.

Starting at Rs 7.98 lakh (ex-showroom price), Comet EV has three variants going upto the price of Rs 9.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The car can be booked with an initial amount of Rs 11,000.

- Click on the ‘Book Now’ tab on the home page.
- Fill in your details to begin the booking.
- Enter the OTP and click on ‘Submit’.
- Select the variant and colour for your MG Comet EV.
- Select the dealer nearby.
- Enter your name and email ID, and confirm the booking.
