New Delhi: Isha Ambani, daughter of Mukesh Ambani, and her husband Anand Piramal have been blessed with twins on Sunday. The twins are a boy and a girl. The Ambani family also issued a statement. The statement read, ”We are delighted to share that our children Isha and Anand have been blessed by the Almighty with twins on 19th November 2022.”
The couple has named their baby girl Aadiya and baby boy Krishna. ”We seek over loved ones blessings and good wishes for Aadiya, Krishna, Isha, and Anand is the most important phase of their life,” added the family in the statement.
Notably, the duo married each other in an intimate ceremony at Antillia in December 2018. Anand is the son of billionaire Ajay Piramal and Swati Piramal, the owner of the Piramal Group.
Anand is Executive Director at Piramal Group, seeing the financial services businesses of the group. He also manages some other businesses of the Piramal group that include Bain Capital, CDPQ, CPPIB, IFC, and Apollo.
Isha currently heads the Reliance Industries retail segment which was announced by Mukesh Ambani earlier this year.
