A Covid-19 patient narrates tale of his treatment at Govt hospital, from diet chart to 24×7 service

New Delhi: Once Coronavirus infects any person, the treatment protocol calls for his self-isolation or quarantine for certain period of time.

Valay Shah, a Covid-19 patient from Ahmedabad (Gujarat) today took to Twitter to share his complete experience of treatment and recovery at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel hospital in Gujarat.

Shah, a structural designer by profession, is amazed and overwhelmed with the facilities at the hospital and more so, by the dedication and self-less service of doctors and healthcare workers.

Giving an account of how Covid-19 patients are treated at hospital, he saluted the spirit and service of Corona Warriors. Valay Shah was diagnosed with Coronavirus on March 26 and was discharged from hospital on April 15. He is still under self-isolation.

While tweeting the details, the Corona+ patients also thanked the Amdavad Municipal Commission alongwith doctors.

Valay Shah also lamented the recent stone-pelting incidents on doctors and paramedics in areas like Muradabad, Indore by some rowdy elements.

He says that writing about self-less service of healthcare workers is his contribution in India fighting Corona.

His whole family is strongly indebted towards the medical fraternity and wants to express heartfelt gratitude for what they are doing for the society and the nation.
