New Delhi: India is set to achieve a major milestone in its fight against the Covid-19 pandemic by administering 100 crore vaccine doses to countrymen. The nation is set to achieve the magic number on Thursday as Covid-19 vaccine jabs have crossed 99.4 crore till today afternoon. This comes almost after 9 months of India launching the ambitious vaccination drive.
To mark the historic achievement, the government has planned some arrangements to make it memorable and encourage others to join the programme.
Government has planned to make announcements on loudspeakers on trains, planes and ships.

The rare feat of vaccinating 100 crore people has not achieved by any country except China.
Song to celebrate 100 crore vaccine jabs
Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr Mansukh Mandaviya on Thursday will launch a song and an audiovisual film to celebrate the milestone of administering 100 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses.

As per an official release, Union Minister Mandaviya will launch a song and an audiovisual film at Red Fort in the national capital. As per an official release, 99.12 cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under the nationwide vaccination drive.
