More on Adipurush

A few days ago, the makers of the divine tale revealed their decision of leaving one seat in every theatre empty during the movie’s premiere as a gesture of respect for Lord Hanuman and other Rama devotees.

Ahead of its release, the movie made on a humongous budget of Rs. 500 crores has already recovered almost 85 percent of it through its non-theatrical ventures which include movies satellite, digital, and music rights.

Featuring Pan Indian Star Prabhas alongside Kirti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles, Adipurush retells the ancient tale of the Hindu epic Ramayana which follows Lord Rama’s crusade to save his wife Sita from the sinful clutches of evil Ravana.
