New Delhi: Child actor from one of the popular television shows from the’90s – Karishma Ka Karishma, Jhanak Shukla is grown up. She is all set to start a new phase of her life with her better half, Swapnil Suryawanshi officially.
Supriya Shukla, a seasoned actress and the mother of Jhanak Shukla took to Instagram and shared a picture of the Roka ceremony in her Instagram story. On the other hand, Jhanak as well posted photos of the ceremony tagging Swapnil Suryawanshi. The couple can be sitting together in the photos, looking at each other. “Finally making it official! Roka ho Gaya,” Jhanak adds in the caption below the pictures. Swapnil Suryawanshi is a certified fitness trainer.

The engagement was a straightforward family affair. Her comments section is flooded with messages of congratulations from many celebs and friends. Sriti Jha, Mohit Hiranandani, Avika Gor, Kanwar Dhillon, and many others, sent messages of congratulations to Supriya Shukla.

At the age of 15, Jhanak quit her career in acting and totally focused on her studies. The fame child was recognized well in the show – Karishma Ka Karishma went on to work alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta, and Saif Ali Khan in the movie Kal Ho Na Ho and the Hollywood film ‘One Night With The King’.
In the interview, she mentioned that despite getting success in acting she always focused on her studies and made it her priority. She also stated that her parents have always believed that she should first complete her education and then pursue any career she desires. As a result, Jhanak quit acting in the middle and shifted her focus to studies.
Jhanak Shukla has completed her Master in Archeology. She is totally focused on her business of soap making now. She aims to get settled somewhere in the mountains as there is no one to recognize her as an actress there.
