Abhishek Bachchan Pens emotional note with unseen pic on mom Jaya Bachchan’s 75th birthday

New Delhi: Jaya Bachchan, a Bollywood actress and Rajya Sabha member, turned a year older today. (Sunday, April 9). Her loved ones flocked to social media on her birthday to wish her beautiful words and old photos. Following the post by her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda, son Abhishek Bachchan turned to Instagram to mark the event. He drew a rare jewel from his archive and wrote a touching message.

Jaya, the proud mother, is pictured hugging her child. He captioned it, “Not the best photo, I know.” However, the emotion is clear!! To any child’s first and enduring love….Ma! Ma, Happy birthday. “I love you.”

Jr Bachchan explained the photo’s origins, saying, “This is a photo from my first official public function as an actor.” The music premiere for my first movie, Refugee. I hope I can keep giving her reasons to be proud of me.”

Navya Naveli Nanda was the first person to wish Jaya Bachchan online. She captioned a rare photo of the seasoned actress, “Happy birthday Nani.” The real powerhouse.  The glue that holds us all together. “I love you!”

Jaya Bachchan has been absent from the big screen for some time. She will, however, be seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles, as well as Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra, and Hema Malini in supporting roles. It is set to enter theatres in July of this year.
