New Delhi: After several postponements and conflicts, Prabhas’ Adipurush finally saw the light of day today, June 16. Early morning shows at 4 a.m. in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were sold out, and fans hailed Prabhas’ entry as Lord Ram in Adipurush. Now that the first-day first show has concluded, Twitter is buzzing with the first film reviews. Netizens referred to Adipurush as Prabhas’ comeback film and described it as a modern version of the Ramayana.’
Adipurush was launched in theatres on June 16th, amid high anticipation. Om Raut’s film was released in 2D and 3D in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

About Adipurush:
Adipurush is a mythical story based on Valmiki’s Ramayana, written and directed by Om Raut. Prabhas plays Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon plays Sita, while Saif Ali Khan plays Raavan in the movie. In the picture, they portray Raghava, Janaki, and Lankesh, respectively. Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage play minor roles.
Adipurush is a movie version of Ramayan’s timeless story. The fundamental narrative of the film is what occurs when Janaki (Kriti Sanon) gets abducted by Lankesh (Saif Ali Khan) during her vanavas with Raghava (Prabhas).
Adipurush is the most costliest Indian film, with a budget of Rs 500 crore. Over the course of two years, the picture saw several postponements and controversy.
