New Delhi: After winning the National Film Award, actor Allu Arjun’s reaction is surfacing on the internet. In the viral video, the actor can be seen hugging ‘Pushpa’ director Sukumar. He won the Best Actor award at the 69th National Film Awards for his stellar performance in ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ and is the first actor from Telugu Cinema to win a National Award in this category.

The actor celebrated his big win with his family and close friends. He cut the cake in the presence of his family and celebrated the big victory. The actor was seen getting emotional and hugging his friends and family. Filmmakers Sukumar and Allu Arjun were visibly emotional as soon as the awards were announced. It was truly an overwhelming moment for the actor.

Apart from winning the Best Actor category, Pushpa also won one more award in the category of Best Music Director (Songs). Pushpa was released in December 2021 and was a massive hit not only in Telugu cinema but across pan India. Many iconic moments and dance hook steps were recreated by the fans, actors and cricketers.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is also gearing up for Pushpa 2 aks Pushpa: The Rule. Earlier it was claimed that the film is going to release in December this year but as per the report of Pinkvilla, the film can hit the theatres anytime before May 2024. The entertainment portal claims, Director Sukumar doesn’t wants to leave any stone unturned to bring the best cinematic experience for the viewers. Therfore he postponded the release date . Although no official announcement has been made by the makers regarding the release date.
