“It’s so nice that someone who is part of the media is only acknowledging that it exists.” “That provides us great confidence that you are undoubtedly not going to perpetuate that, that you will not continue to endorse that, and thank you very much for your wise acknowledgment of the adverse consequences of false drafting or unnecessary writing that is insensitive and unnecessary,” the actress stated, adding, “So thank you so much for supporting us for the emotions that all of us possess and for your insight in understanding that.”

For the uninitiated, Aaradhya Bachchan recently filed a complaint with the Delhi High Court against a YouTube tabloid for spreading ‘false news’ regarding her health. Following that, the Delhi High Court initiated action against nine YouTube channels for spreading false information regarding the health of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya. The court has ordered that nine YouTube channels stop posting incorrect information concerning Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter.

A single-judge court led by Justice C Hari Shankar issued a decision in the case brought by Aaradhya Bachchan and her father Abhishek, seeking interim relief against the nine YouTube channels that had published the allegedly infringing videos. “Defendants 1-9 are barred forthwith from distributing or further transmitting the films linked to URLs (enlisted in para 25-26 of the judgement”),” the judge ruled in the order.

PS2, directed by Mani Ratnam and starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, will be released on April 28. Chiyaan Vikram, Jayaram Ravi, and Karthi also play important parts in the film.
