New Delhi: Empire magazine released a list of the 50 greatest actors of all time and Bollywood’s king, Shah Rukh Khan is the only Indian name to feature in it. Shah Rukh shares his name with notable actors like Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, Kate Winslet, Joaquin Phoenix, Leonardo DiCaprio and others on the list. Amid the ‘Pathaan’ row and the boycott trend, SRK has touched yet another feat.
The magazine also mentioned his notable roles as Devdas Mukherji in ‘Devdas’, Rizwan Khan in ‘My Name Is Khan’, Mohan Bhargava in ‘Swades’ and Rahul Khanna in ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. In a short note, they mentioned that his career has spanned over four decades and his fanbase includes billions of people. They also wrote that he has worked with almost every genre and ‘there’s nothing he cannot do’.
Empire magazine also mentioned a dialogue from his popular film ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, in which he played Major Samar Anand revolving around a love triangle. Shah Rukh is one of the Indian celebs who are really popular outside the country as well. Following his fame in the USA, recently, he got a major shoutout in MCU’s ‘Ms Marvel’ where the protagonist Kamala Khan is a huge fan of King Khan.

SRK was last seen in a cameo in ‘Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva’ while he is making his comeback to the big screen with ‘Pathaan’. ‘Pathaan’ also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film will release in cinemas on January 25.
