Ante Sundaraniki OTT Release: Check out when & where to watch Nani-Nazriya starrer rom com

New Delhi: Ante Sundaraniki after getting critical appreciation on its theatrical release, is set to make its release on the OTT platform. The film is a romantic comedy written and directed by Vivek Athreya. The Telugu film released on June 10 starred Nani and Nazriya Nazim.

The story of the film revolves around Sundar and Leela, who are shown as childhood friends in the film. Sundar is a Hindu Brahmin who falls for Leela, a Christian girl and trains her to be a Brahmin to convince his parents of their interfaith romance. In the film, their plan gets revealed and what happens next will make you sit on your couches and laugh. Ante Sundaraniki is the 28th film for Telugu filmstar Nani, who is popular for his portrayal of a cricketer in Jersey (2019). Nani plays the character of Sundar Prasad while Nazriya plays Leela Thomas in the film.

The film had Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili and Naveen Yerneni as the producers whereas Chiranjeevi Pedamallu was the executive producer. These three names are also credited to produce ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ which starred Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna.

When and where to watch on OTT?

The film is now streaming on Netflix. Ante Sundaraniki made its OTT release on July 10. The film is available in three languages, namely, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil. Netflix India also tweeted about the release and wrote, “Today, our TUDUMs have been replaced with wedding bells, because it’s finally Sundar & Leela’s special day.”

The rom-com was appreciated both by the audience and the critics. Though its box office numbers were not something to boast about, the film and the lead cast got won the hearts. Netflix writes about it as a “quirky romantic comedy with a social message.”
