Recently, it was reported that he would make a debut as a director for a web show on Amazon Prime Video.

New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is all set to make his debut as a director and writer with Amazon Prime Video’s next. Aryan Khan who has been seen talking responsibilities of the Kolkata Knight Riders, will be sitting in the director and writer’s chair for a web show for Amazon Prime Video. Reports suggested that he has already started a test shoot for the show.

Aryan Khan begins preparation for his first web show

Aryan Khan has been working on his web show for some time now. Recently, it was reported that he would make a debut as a director for a web show on Amazon Prime Video. Now, as per the report by Pinkvilla, Aryan did a test shoot for his show, last week in Mumbai.

According to the reports, Aryan Khan will not only write but also direct the show. The source reported, “Besides writing the project, Aryan will also be directing it. He had taken complete charge at the test shoot that took place on Friday and Saturday. As a part of his and the crew’s prep, Aryan wanted to bring everyone together and understand the project before they actually start shooting for it. He is very passionate about this yet untitled show, and has already begun work on the pre-production. They will finalise the actual shooting dates soon.”

Aryan Khan has two new projects in hand

Apart from writing and directing the web show for Amazon Prime Video, Aryan Khan will also make a feature film for Red Chillies Entertainment.

The source reported to Pinkvilla, “Of all the ideas in development, the two in the forefront is a web series for Amazon Prime and a feature film to be bankrolled by Red Chillies Entertainment. The Amazon Prime series is said to be about the life of a die-hard fan with some elements of thrilling, however, the details of the feature films are not known yet. If everything proceeds at the right pace, there’s a strong possibility of the show being greenlit by the platform this year itself.”
