New Delhi: Released in theatres in December 2023, Atharva rode the thriller craze in Telugu film and starred newcomer Karthik Raju and actress Simran Choudhary. Set against the background of a forensic inquiry, Mahesh Reddy directed the film. Peggo Entertainments' Subhash Nuthalapati served as the film's financier. Joshni Huparikar, an actress, is introduced to Atharva by Nitya. After the actress's death, the police suspect the boyfriend of the deceased actress of being the killer.
