New Delhi: Brad Peyton’s sci-fi American science-fiction movie is all set to premiere on OTT this summer.

Loaded with the star power of U-Turn fame Jennifer Lopez, the movie, on 24 May 2024, will start streaming on Netflix which has already acquired its digital rights a long way back.

This will allow the fans to enjoy the flicker sitting comfortably in their homes instead of walking to the theaters. However, to access it on the global OTT giant, a subscription to its mobile, standard, basic, or premium plan is a must for the viewers.

Atlas Plot

Written by Leo Sardarian in collaboration with Aron Eli Coleite, Atlas tells the tale of misanthropic data analyst Atlas Shepherd (Played by Jennifer Lopez) who dedicates her life to working on a highly advanced AI-powered technology called Agent Harlan with the hope of doing good for the humanity.

However, against her expectations, Harlen starts to wreak havoc on mankind & becomes a major threat to humanity.

Meanwhile, as Atlas tries to capture the dangerous robot & put an end to its ruckus, her own team surprises her with an attack that causes her to get thrown away on a mysterious planet that offers dangerous & hostile conditions.

How she fights against all the odds & overcomes numerous challenges to defeat the threatening Harlan and save Earth from the looming danger is the remaining story of the movie.

Cast and Production

Besides featuring Jennifer Lopez as the lead female protagonist, Atlas, in its star-studded cast, features a number of skilled actors including Simu Liu, Sterling K. Brown, Gregory James Cohan, Lana Parrilla, Abraham Popoola, and Mark Strong in pivotal roles.

Brad Peyton, Jeff Fierson, Tory Tunnell, and Jennifer Lopez have produced the movie under the banner of Nuyorican Productions, ASAP Entertainment, Safehouse Pictures, and Berlanti-Schechter Film.
