Earlier this month, SS Rajmamouli teased the fans by unavailing the much-awaited tailor of Baahubali: Crown of Blood.
With the trailer, the ace directing maestro further confirmed that the epic fantasy actioner would premiere on leading OTT platform Disney + Hotstar on May 17, 2024.
Taking to his Instagram, he wrote,”Mahishmati ke khoon se likhi ek nayi kahani. Hotstar Specials S.S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali: Crown of Blood streaming from 17th May.

Plot
The Tale of Baahubali: Crown of Blood unfolds in the great kingdom of Mahishmati, way before the events shown in Baahubali 1 and 2 movies.
It shows how one dangerous rival of the kingdom Raktadeva attacks Mahishmati with his massive force, destroying anything that comes his way.
To save their kingdom from getting crushed under the wrath of Raktadeva, Amrendra Bahubali & Bhallaldeva are compelled to join forces and fight together to avert the looming threat.
However, the brothers suffer a major blow when they learn that the commander of the enemy forces is none other than their own guru Katappa.
Why has Katappa turned his back on Mahishmati? Will Baahubali and Bhallaladeva manage to take down Raktadeva? the series answers all such questions.

The Animated prequel of Baahubali epics is helmed by Kang and Navin John, the same duo who garnered immense praise for directing The Legends of Hanuman.
