Ben Affleck, Michael Keaton return as Batman in Ezra Miller’s ‘The Flash’ (WATCH TRAILER)

The film follows Flash teaming up with Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton’s Batmans. They are also accompanied by Sasha Calle as Super Girl to fight evil.

New Delhi: DC released the trailer for the upcoming film ‘The Flash’ and the superhero flick is set to feature an alternative timeline. The trailer also shows the return of Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as two different Batman. The trailer of the film premiered during the Super Bowl and the inclusion of Batman has made DC fans go gaga over it.

The film stars Ezra Miller in the titular role as he travels back in time to save his murdered mother. Altering time has its consequences and this leads to General Zod to return in a world of no superheroes. The film follows Flash teaming up with Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton’s Batmans. They are also accompanied by Sasha Calle as Super Girl to fight evil.

Ben Affleck was last seen as Batman in Zack Snyder’s Justice League while 71-year-old Michael Keaton was in the 1989 film ‘Batman’.

‘The Flash’ is directed by Andy Muschietti and also stars Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdú, Kiersey Clemons and Antje Traue. Meanwhile, Ezra Miller is returning as Flash while he has played the character in a few cameos in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ and ‘Suicide Squad’ and also featured in ‘Justice League’ and Zack Snyder’s Justice League.

The film was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Ezra was also arrested twice in Hawaii in March last year and in January, he took a plea deal in another Vermont case, where he was found guilty of unlawful trespassing.

The film will hit cinemas on June 16 in India.
