New Delhi: As OTT services have grown in popularity, Bengali media has been able to break beyond the confines of traditional theatre releases and appeal to a wider audience. Most of the Bollywood OTT content has already been seen, so we can shift our attention to Bengali content. There is a wide variety of genres represented in the Bengali series and movies available on Hoichoi TV, from comedy to mystery, crime, and thriller.
Abar Bibaho Abhijaan
In the story, Ganesh Maity, better known as Bullet Singh, meets with his old friends Anupam and Rajat to divide the 100 crores he received from a fellow prisoner. They don’t find out that it’s all fake until they get to Bangkok. They see that they are trapped and realise that their greed and stupidity have led them in the wrong way. This movie is the continuation story of the previous part Bibaho Obhijaan.

This series follows the story of Abanish, a man from a middle-class household in Chandernagore who wishes to become a good father. His boss and neighbours often make fun of him and his fatherhood. But Abanish is unfazed by the remarks and defends his family’s reputation. One morning, he wakes up and discovers his wife is gone. Three days later, he gathers the nerve to report this missing to police authorities. The situation turns into chaos, creating a lot more comedic incidents.

The famous journalist Romit Sen, who is also her favourite boss and mentor, is found bloodied and confused inside a car. A gruesome tale combining forensics, police procedures, love triangles, falsehoods, and the fallout from reckless youth is revealed in this mysterious narrative. However, the story’s real hook is the mother’s fight and search for her daughter.
