Bhul Chuk Maaf OTT Release Date: In a shocking turn of events, the makers of Rajkumar Rao’s upcoming comedy drama Bhul Chuk Maaf canceled the film’s theatrical release at the eleventh hour.

The decision was made just a day prior to the film’s scheduled theatrical premiere, reportedly in the wake of the ongoing India-Pakistan tensions as well as the increasing security drills around the country. Now, the film will be released directly on OTT, allowing the fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.

When and where to watch Bhul Chuk Maaf online on OTT? 

Instead of hitting the big screens, Bhool Chuk Maaf will now make its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video, which is the official OTT partner of the Wamiqa Gabbi-starrer film. From May 16, 2025, the light-hearted comedy will become available for streaming on the platform and the same has also been confirmed by the film’s production house through a post shared on social media.

Taking to its official X (Previously Twitter) handle on May 8, 2025, Maddock Films confirmed that Bhul Chuk Maaf will not be released in theaters and wrote, “The spirit of the nation comes first! 🇮🇳 Watch Bhool Chuk Maaf directly on @PrimeVideoIN , May 16.”
