New Delhi: Makers share a new promo of the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 16’. After Gabbar and Kancha Cheena, Salman Khan plays the iconic character from ‘Mr India’, Mogambo in the new promo. He can be seen dressed up like Amrish Puri’s Mogambo with his iconic bracelet on the wrist.
In the 26-second video clip, Salman can be heard saying, “Mogambo ab kabhi khush nahi hoga, kyonki ab sabko darr lagega Bigg Boss se (Mogambo will not be happy anymore, because now everyone will be afraid of Bigg Boss).” The promo is backed with tense background music to create the fear of Bigg Boss.

Sharing the promo, ColorsTV wrote, “Hoga sabka game fail, jab aayenge Bigg Boss khud khelne yeh khel. (Everyone’s game will fail when Bigg Boss himself comes to play).” The video and the concept of using the iconic Bollywood villains to portray Bigg Boss have made the fans guess about the upcoming season’s theme.
The character of Mogambo was the villain in the popular Hindi film ‘Mr India’. In the film, Mogambo was played by the late Amrish Puri while the protagonist with a watch which makes him divisible was played by Anil Kapoor.
