New Delhi: Renowned television actress Urvashi Dholakia, who is well known for her villainous role of ‘Komolika’ is currently admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital.
Following her admission to the hospital, the actress revealed that she had recently undergone surgery and was diagnosed with a neck tumor before that. Sharing her health update with the fans, the 44-year-old said, “I had to undergo surgery as a tumor was diagnosed in the neck in early December 2023. My surgery is successful and now I have been advised to rest for 15 to 20 days.”
Shortly after that, Urvashi’s son Kshitij Dholakia dropped a picture of the actress’ in which she was seen sitting on the hospital bed with an exhausted look on her face. Along with Urvashi’s Picture Kshitij attacked a sticker that read “Get well soon”, hoping for his mother’s quick recovery.
Fans Pray for Urvashi’s Recovery
In the comment section of Urvashi’s hospital picture, her fans were also seen writing heartfelt posts for the actress while praying for improvement in her health condition.
Wishing for the actress’ health one of her fans wrote, “Get well soon superstar.”A second Instagram user commented, “Get well soon my dreamgirl”

Urvashi Dholakiya on Professional Front
Meanwhile, on the work front, Urvashi recently featured in Ekta Kapoor’s popular TV series Naagin 6 in which she played the character of Urvashi Kataria. Urvashi’s other celebrated TV shows include Ghar Ek Mandir, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Dekh Bhai Dekh, Mehendi Tere Naam Ki, Kahin Toh Hoga, and Kabhii Sautan Kabhi Saheli.
Besides working in Television series, Urvashi has also been a part of Salman Khan’s blockbuster reality show Bigg Boss 6. In the show, the actress lifted the coveted trophy after defeating Imam Siddiqui in the grand premiere back in January 2013.
