New Delhi: Following the success of two blockbuster seasons, the makers of Bigg Boss OTT are reportedly gearing up to roll out the much-awaited 3rd edition of their super hit show Bigg Boss OTT 3 this summer.

While an official announcement regarding the release of the reality show is yet to be made, the sources have it that the popular Jio Cinema exclusive is all set to hit the digital screens by May 15 with Salman Khan yet again taking charge as the host.

If the latest buzz is anything to reply to, then you can see Bigg Boss OTT 3 going on the floors around the middle of May 2024. As per the reports, the producers have already started making efforts to rope in various Television celebrities & social media icons to become a part of their reality show.

Some popular gossiped figures, that can be seen locked up inside the BB house are Sheezan Khan, Maxtern, Pratiksha Honmukhewho, Thugesh, Shehzada Dham, Soniya Singh Khatri, Sreeram Chandra, Arhan Behl and Daljit Kaur.

Bigg Boss OTT Previous seasons

The first season of Bigg Boss OTT premiered on Viacom 18’s streaming platform Voot selected back in August 2021. Renowned model Divya Aggarwal emerged victorious in the show that was hosted by ace Bollywood movie director Karan Johar.

For the second season of Bigg Boss OTT, Karan Johar was replaced by Tiger 3 actor Salman Khan who had already hosted numerous seasons of the controversial show’s Telivison version. In this season, iconic Youtuber-vlogger Elvish Yadav lifted the coveted trophy by defeating runner-up Abhieksh Malhan in the finale. Besides the trophy, Elvish also received a whopping amount of  Rs 25 Lakh cash prize for his triumph.
